Chicken with mushroom and black olives

Chicken cooked with little oil and almost no spices is the healthiest meal you can have. the mushroom and chicken combination is perfect for healthy dinner any day.

Chicken with mushroom and black olives


1 whole chicken, cut into small chunks
Vegetable oil- 2 tablespoon
½ cup flour
Sliced button mushroom- 4 ounce
Cherry tomatoes diced- 1 cup
Soy sauce- ¼ cup
1 clove of garlic
1 onion sliced
Pitted black olive- ¼ cup


Add the chicken pieces to the flour and ensure that it well coated with it. in a skillet heat the oil and add these chicken until the chicken turns brown. In a saucepan stir the mushroom, tomatoes, soy sauce, and garlic well. Put the pan on heat and add the chicken and onions and stir them together and bring them to boil. Simmer the contents with closed lid for 45 minutes and make sure the chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked. The dish is ready to serve and taste best when it is served hot.
